We strive to ship orders within 24 hours Monday – Friday. Some products may take up to 72 hours to ship, from one of our supplier warehouses. Once your order is shipped, the shipping carrier will usually deliver within 2-5 business days.
Free Shipping is available to New Zealand addresses, pending your product sale exceeds $100.
New Zealand Deliveries
Tracking information is provided by the shipping carrier, when received we will update your order with this tracking information. Some products may take up to 72 hours to ship and may ship from one of our supplier warehouses. We strive to make sure you get your order within 2-5 business days.
Accepted Methods of Payment. Your order will not be shipped until payment in full has been received.

At Atmosphere, we strive to offer the best quality products for our customers. If you’re unhappy with your purchase we’ll make it right, we do however have some conditions. We only accept returns if your item is faulty, damaged or is not fit for purpose. Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned. Your return needs to be sent back to us within 30 days of your purchase.
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to request a return. We will assign you a return ID number and provide next steps. Valid returns receive a) Replacement unit shipped free OR b) Store Credit to the amount of the unit excluding any shipping. We comply with the New Zealand Consumer Law (Consumer Guarantees Act) where appropriate.
